About SS Innovations

We develop advanced, affordable surgical robotics so that more hospitals, in more countries, can offer robotic surgery to their patients.

The SS Innovations team in Gurugram

Our mission is to decentralize surgical excellence.

Robotic surgery has been concentrated in a small number of well-funded hospitals. We believe it should be available wherever patients need it.

SS Innovations was founded by Dr. Sudhir Srivastava, a cardiac surgeon who performed more robotic beating-heart TECAB procedures than any surgeon in the world. Working with engineers, surgeons and industry veterans, he set out to build a surgical robot designed for cost, clinical breadth and access from the outset.

The result is SSi Mantra, designed and manufactured in India and now in clinical use in 12 countries. SS Innovations International, Inc. is listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol SSII.
